Sponsorship

You pay a flat fee. You do not buy a better position.

Sponsorship keeps the directory free for the people using it. These rules are published because a senior deserves to know exactly which part of the page was paid for — and which part was not.

The rules

The eight rules we will not break

These bind us, not you. If we ever break one, a sponsor is entitled to a prorated refund and we will say publicly what happened.

1

A flat annual fee only. Never per lead, per call or per click.

2

The ranking is never touched. Results are scored on how well a program matches the need. Money does not enter that score.

3

Paid placement sits in its own area, labeled "Paid sponsor." It is never mixed into the results.

4

No sponsors at all on benefits screens. Medicare, TennCare, VA, SNAP and energy assistance carry no advertising, ever.

5

No sponsor writes or previews a listing. Not their own, and not anyone else's.

6

No user data goes to sponsors. Not names, not searches, not numbers. Reporting is counts, by category and territory.

7

Caps, not exclusivity. Sponsoring a county does not remove your competitors from the list.

8

A published refusal policy. We can decline or end any sponsorship, with the fee prorated back, and we say so in writing.

What it costs

What your money buys

A labeled place beside the results. Your name where people can see who pays for this. And a quarterly report: how many people in your territory looked for what you sell, and how many found nothing.

What it does not buy

A higher position. A competitor's removal. Edits to any listing, including your own summary. A single phone number or name of anyone who used the directory.

Want to see the numbers first?

Ask for the unmet-need report for your county. No obligation, and we will not chase you.

Senior Resource Path

Navigating seniors and veterans to local care.

Senior Resource Path LLC is a for-profit business that keeps the directory free. Sponsorship pays for it. We say so plainly because we ask the programs we list to be straight about money too.
