Keep your own facts current
Once your claim is confirmed you can change:
- your phone number and hours
- your address and how to start
- your waitlist
You cannot change the summary, the "does not help with" list, the wrong-door line or the category. Those stay ours, so every listing reads the same way and tells the truth.
Something wrong? We fix it within 48 hours
A wrong number, a program that has moved or closed, hours that changed — tell us. We check it and fix it within 48 hours, and anything that affects someone's safety is looked at first.
You do not need to be the organization, and you do not need to buy anything first.
The record of what people could not find
Every search that finds nothing is logged, anonymously, by ZIP and category. For an agency, a funder or a planning body, that is the map of unmet need in West Tennessee — not a survey, but what people actually asked for.
We never share anything that identifies a person: no names, no phone numbers, no individual searches. Reporting is counts.
