Help that fits,
close to home

Local programs for seniors, caregivers and veterans — what each one does, who qualifies, and what it will not do, before you pick up the phone.

Our mission

Senior Resource Path helps seniors, caregivers and veterans find the local program that actually fits — and know, before they call, what it will not do for them.

How it works

Start with your ZIP code

Pick what you need in plain words — a ride, help with bills, someone to talk to. You will see who serves your county, what they do, who qualifies, and a local number with the date a person last confirmed it.

How every listing reads
[Program name]
What it does
In plain words, one or two lines.
Who qualifies
Age, income, county — whatever applies.
What it does not do
So nobody drives across the county for the wrong door.

West Tennessee by the numbers

358,272

People aged 60 and older live across the 21 counties the directory covers.

35,801

Of them are veterans aged 65 and older, eligible for benefits many never claim.

6 of 8

Programs a national directory named for "transportation near ZIP 38001" were ambulances or rescue squads.

Why we built this

We asked for a ride to the doctor. We got ambulances.

We asked nine senior directories where someone near Alamo could get a ride to the doctor. One returned twelve results — six of the eight it named were ambulances and rescue squads. Another returned fifteen with no ride among them. A third returned 187, none in the top ten.

Not one of them said what a program would not do. That gap is the whole reason this exists.

What sponsorship buys

A labeled place beside the results, your name where people can see who pays for this, and a quarterly count of what people in your territory looked for.

What it never buys

A higher position, a competitor's removal, edits to any listing, or the name of anyone who used the directory.

Sponsorship

Local businesses keep it free

You pay a flat annual fee. You do not buy a better position. The eight rules we will not break are published in full.

Our promises

Three things every listing does

Says what it does not do

You know who qualifies, what it costs, and where to go instead if it is the wrong door.

Shows when a person last called

"Contact confirmed" and a month. If that date is old, the listing tells you to call ahead.

Nobody can pay to move up

Results are sorted by how well a program fits your ZIP and your need. Sponsors are shown separately, and labeled.

Every program listed free. Every listing shows when its number was last confirmed.

Senior Resource Path

Navigating seniors and veterans to local care.

Senior Resource Path LLC is a for-profit business that keeps the directory free. Sponsorship pays for it. We say so plainly because we ask the programs we list to be straight about money too.
